Bodywork + Chiropractic

Hands-on, clinically informed care for active bodies, recurring tension, pain patterns, mobility, recovery, and nervous system communication.

This work is for people who want more than a standard massage, but do not want a cold or formulaic clinical experience. Sessions are individualized and may include bodywork, chiropractic assessment, soft tissue work, mobility support, and attention to the patterns your body is using to adapt.

Bodywork + Chiropractic may be a good fit if you are looking for support with:

- recurring muscle tension

- pain or stiffness

- movement limitations

- recovery from training, stress, pregnancy, birth, or injury

- postural strain

- soft tissue restriction

- mobility and body awareness

- nervous system patterns that show up physically

This work is especially appropriate for people who are active, training, returning to movement, or trying to understand why their body keeps using the same compensation patterns.

Depending on what is most appropriate for the session, care may include:

- clinical bodywork

- chiropractic assessment

- soft tissue treatment

- mobility support

- nervous-system-informed body awareness

- P-DTR-informed assessment when appropriate

- hands-on work to support comfort, movement, and recovery

The goal is not to force your body into a protocol.

The goal is to understand how your body is functioning now, why, and how to help your body function with less strain.
