Guided Sessions + Hypnosis are for clients who are looking for non-hands-on support, or who want to work with patterns that may be emotional, subconscious, energetic, or nervous-system related.
Sessions may include guided awareness, hypnosis, intuitive coaching, and body-centered nervous-system support.
Many referrals for this work come through Cellular Release Therapy®, also commonly referred to as Emotional Clearing. These sessions offer a grounded space to work with patterns that may not be purely physical, but still show up in the body, behavior, emotions, relationships, or nervous system.
What is Cellular Release Therapy®?
Cellular Release Therapy® is a guided hypnosis-based technique used to help identify and work with emotional, subconscious, and body-held patterns.
Clients may also hear this work referred to as Emotional Clearing. The language is different, but the referral is often pointing toward the same kind of session: a guided process for working with patterns that feel stuck, repetitive, charged, or difficult to shift through conscious effort alone.
Guided Sessions + Hypnosis may be a good fit if you are working with:
- emotional patterns that feel repetitive or difficult to shift
- stress or nervous system patterns that show up in the body
- subconscious beliefs or responses
- relationship or life patterns that feel charged or stuck
- transitions, grief, fear, or identity shifts

This work is not psychotherapy. It is a guided, body-centered process for working with subconscious, emotional, intuitive, and nervous-system patterns.
What to expect
Cellular Release Therapy® is a guided hypnosis process. In session, we work with the subconscious mind to identify and clear unresolved events, feelings, beliefs, habits, patterns, blame, and punishment that may still be influencing your experience.
You do not need to consciously remember every event for the process to be useful. The work is guided step by step, and the session follows what the subconscious mind brings forward as relevant.
